Thanks for a great feature suggestion, I just implemented it 

You can go to your dashboard and change the lead type to phone number from email. You can see the new updated UI/UX as you requested once you deploy.

Also, the default phone number selection and country flag selection will be based on the user's browser country so that it makes a better UX for the people to select their country code

Could we please add a country code selection option/dropdown in the phone number field for lead capture forms?

Since we serve users across multiple geographies, this would help standardize inputs and improve lead quality significantly.

Would love to know if this is on your roadmap.
