In a blog page, we have no way (or rather dk) how to change the bottom CTA

The one, you are referring to is the 'Site description' CTA. that cannot be changed. You can customize CTA/Leadgen form (below the post, rightside, popup) for each post from post editor > advanced settings. (available on SUPER plan only). You can however enable lead generation/cta for entire superblog (below the post, rightside, popup) via Dashboard > Leads > Configure.
